A BILL expiring funds to the unappropriated surplus balance in the
state fund, general revenue, for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven,
in the amount of sixty-one thousand dollars from the board of
investments, investment legal loss expense fund account,
account no. fund 8563.
Whereas, The Legislature finds that the account balance in the
board of investments, investment legal loss expense fund account,
exceeds that which is necessary for the purposes for which the
account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-seven, to the board of investments, investment legal
loss expense fund account, account no. fund 8563, be decreased by
expiring the amount of sixty-one thousand dollars to the state fund, general revenue, to be available for further and additional
appropriation.
The purpose of this bill is to expire the sum of sixty-one
thousand dollars from the board of investments, investment legal
loss expense fund account, account no. fund 8563, to the
unappropriated surplus balance in the state fund, general revenue,
for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred ninety-seven, to be available for further and
additional appropriation.
